On June 31, 1984, the Railway Medical School was established based on the decision of the Ministry of Railways No. 9223350. Subsequently, it was registered under the State Register following the Resolution No. 203 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 13, 1998, and the resolution "On the Reorganization of General Education in the Republic of Uzbekistan," as well as the Resolution No. 25 of the Tashkent City Administration dated January 18, 2002, and the Resolution No. 192 of the Sergeli District Administration dated March 1, 2001.

In accordance with the decision No. 260 dated March 29, 2002, it was renamed Sergeli Medical School. Later, starting in 2004, it began operating as Sergeli Medical College.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5812, Sergeli Medical College was transformed into Sirg'ali Medical College. Additionally, based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-197 dated June 20, 2023, the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum began its activities.

On October 16, 2024, by the Presidential Decree No. 158, the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum was transferred from the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.
