On April 8, 2025, an event was held at the Public Health Technicum named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina in Sergeli as part of the "Profession and Youth" open dialogue month.
📌 The event was attended by 11th-grade graduates from School No. 353 of Sergeli District. The event left a strong impression on the students and further increased their interest in studying at the technicum.

On April 7, 2025, an intellectual quiz game "Zakovat" was held among first-year students of the Nursing program at the Sergeli Public Health Technicum named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina.
The teams competed under the names "Wise Nurse," "Diamond Nurse," and "Brilliant Nurse." The winning teams received commemorative gifts from the technicum.
On April 7, 2025, within the framework of the "Profession and Youth" open dialogue month, an event was held at the Sergeli Public Health Technicum named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina.
Students from secondary schools No. 47 and No. 268 of the Sergeli district participated in the event. The event left a great impression on the students and further increased their interest in studying at the technicum.
On March 25, 2025, an event titled "We Are Against Violence" was held at the Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum in Sergeli.
The event was attended by Bahrom Abdurakhimovich Abdukhalimov, a deputy of the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies elected from the 18th Uchuvchilar electoral district, Abdurakhim Khalilovich Khalilov, Deputy Chairman of the Tashkent City Council of the Uzbekistan Adolat Social Democratic Party (SDP), and Sobir Turdiyevich Tursunov, a deputy of the Sergeli District Council of People's Deputies elected from the 5th Obirahmat electoral district and Chairman of the Adolat SDP Sergeli District Council.
During the event, they spoke about the essence and significance of the Resolution No. 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, issued on January 4, 2020, "On the Protection of Women from Harassment and Violence." In particular, they provided detailed information on issuing protection orders for women who have suffered from harassment and violence, ensuring their implementation, and monitoring compliance.
At the end of the event, participants shared their opinions and suggestions.
In the "Young Rescuers" competition held among technical schools in the Sergeli district, the students of the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum proudly secured 1st place.
During the competition, teams competed in five tasks, including setting up a field tent.
The winning teams earned a ticket to the city stage of the competition. This event helped students develop the skills to act correctly in emergency situations and sparked their interest in the rescue profession.
In February, the "Open Lessons Month" of the "Nursing" Department teachers was held at the Abu Ali Ibn Sino Public Health Technicum in Sergeli.
📌 During the event, the department's teachers conducted lessons using new innovative pedagogical technologies, necessary equipment for practical skills related to the lesson topics, and handout materials.
📌 Achieved results: Students actively participated in the lessons as a result of working independently on their own development, which further boosted their self-confidence.
Teachers also exchanged knowledge, skills, and expertise by attending each other's lessons.
On February 26, a seminar titled "Dual Education – A New Stage in Training Qualified Personnel in the Medical Field" was held at Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum in Sergeli.
At the seminar, T. F. Roziqulov, Head of the Higher Education, Science, and Innovation Department of Tashkent City, S. T. Tursunov, the Director of the Technicum, and Z. N. Normurodova, the Deputy Director, discussed the mechanisms for implementing dual education in Uzbekistan and the pressing issues in this area.❇️ The seminar was attended by leaders of major enterprises in Tashkent, heads of pharmacies, representatives of the Tashkent City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, educators from vocational education institutions in the Sergeli district, and teachers from the Technicum.
📌 During the seminar, information was provided on the further development of dual education in the medical field, its advantages, and the role of pharmacies in this process.
Pharmacy managers also had the opportunity to ask questions about dual education and receive answers.
📚 In order to make the "Spirituality Hour" more engaging and meaningful, they, along with their group leaders,
📍 visited the "State Museum of the History of the Temurids" in Tashkent.
🏛 During the visit, students learned about the unique scientific artifacts from the era of Amir Temur and his dynasty. They discovered that the museum houses more than five thousand rare exhibits related to the Temurids' period.
📌 The visit to the museum left a deep impression on the students.
The "WorldSkills Samarkand-2025" V National Skills Championship was held in Samarkand from January 27 to February 4, 2025, in cooperation with the "WorldSkills Uzbekistan" Association for the Development and Popularization of Skilled Trades.
A total of 146 participants from 66 technical colleges, along with nearly 300 educators, took part in the championship. Competitions were held in the fields of Welding, Electrical Installation, Plumbing, and Medical & Social Care.📌 From the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sino Public Health Technicum, E.T. Usmanova participated as the chief expert (based on international experience), X.R. Omonova as the deputy chief expert, and M.X. Mukhiddinova as an expert.
📌 A.A. Kaldarova, a second-year student in the "General Medicine" program at the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sino Public Health Technicum, participated in the championship and was awarded the "Medallion for Excellence" nomination.
It was announced that the next Asian Championship will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, in November 2025.
"The Negative Consequences of Early Marriage and Early Childbirth."
Dilobar Artikbayevna, Chairwoman of the Women's Council at the Sergeli Abu Ali Ibn Sina Public Health Technicum, held a roundtable discussion with female students on the topic of "The Negative Consequences of Early Marriage and Early Childbirth."During the discussion, awareness was raised about the negative impacts of early marriage and early childbirth, followed by a Q&A session with the students.
"Followers of Ibn Sina" took the proud 3rd place in the city-wide competition.
